how to set up a simple webcam applet

Hi,

I'm new to JMF and java multimedia, and I was wondering if anybody could help me. I need to set up an applet that will allow me to take a picture from my webcam and then store it in a specified directory. I've looked at the sun documentation but I'm still struggling.
