www.kemmusic.com is using Macromedia Flash animations for the menu and some of the dynamic (changing) content.
Without using Flash animations, you can create a "single" page that all your content displays in as you click the menu buttons by either using FRAMES or IFRAMES.
The nice thing about a simple "standard" website, though, is that stuff just works -- you don't have to be so careful to watch out for errors and cross-browser scripting issues. One common disadvantage to using FRAMES is it can make it difficult or impossible for the average person to bookmark or link directly to one of your pages.
Another technique you could use is to actually load all your site content into the single page and use javascript and styles (CSS) to dynamically display or hide content depending on the menu items clicked. Obviously if your site has a lot of content, this would not be an efficient technique. And again, to make this technique work, you will need to become a programmer to script the events the way you want.

hey
i read yuor problem you can do one omere thing if you really not intrested in programming thing
design a standard webpage or the homepage you want in photoshop .
save it as a index file with save as webpage
cut out a layer where you want to write a text.
now using dreamweaver or frontpage or golive you can just type in your text in the place you layered out and do a save as as per your links
it can be more clear if you look at some of the sites designed by me
like
www.avrfastners.com
www.djloch.com
www.stbawraschool.com
all have be designed using the same tech.
hope you get it .
its better than learnig programming if you dont have to complex sites.
