C++ IDE for WinXP

Hi Folks

I am required to teach C++ to new students using a Windows XP platform.

I originally learnt C++ some years ago using the Borland 4.5 IDE but have done all my recent work in a Unix/Linux environment using the G++ compiler.

I only have access to some locked down Windows XP machines for my classes. I can get approved software installed on them, but I need advice as to a suitable IDE for the XP platform.
