File (Upload) on home page that sends (Through E-mail)

I need a simple script that allows a user to post a (Picture) or (File) and after it is submited, it mails: there info,name so on.To my E-mail and not to the server.And does not reviel my mail to them.
Any thoughts.

That way i can choose what i want in the site and not a lot of crap lol. I need to save space.

And does any one know how to make, a (Chat room) that is a bar. on the same page but is fast loading like this one.
